The fae smiles and nods:" Miss Mynxx?! yes of course i know her, she is such a kind girl such a nice girl, such a pretty girl! i have seen her a few times now i believe we started visiting the Raven inn together and well, she loves it as much as I which is nice, she is very oh very kind as well, she always tells me i play good music which i like to hear but good music is nothing with out a good ear to appreciate it! and well she has fine ears. she is most modest as well, always telling me how her sister is much much better than her, but i find this hard to believe. She is such a wonderful dancer as well! so calm with her moves, so gentle and she didnt even mind i had to use wings hehe!" : The fae smiles and walks off.

Mynxx is a beautiful young woman. I admit I should get to know her more, but every time I see her, she is blushing and hiding from me and then I tend to get lost in my music. Perhaps I will write a song for her, maybe that will get her to talk, but I have a feeling it would only make her blush.

Seems she lost 'er sister t' some caper-gone-bad. 'Ate when that 'appens. Still, Miss D wants me t' look inta it, so I gots some feelers out in Freeport t' learn wot we kin. Slavers, she said, took 'er sis, gonna sell 'er. Me, I dun go fer that sorta thing, but I get th' occasional invite t' such things, on account o' me... status.

Other than that, I dun know this chick too well, really. 'Ardly met 'er outside o' this job. Mebbe we'll get to know each other better as time goes on.

I'm trying to help this young lady as best as I can. Her life since coming to the Raven has changed quite a bit. When I first knew her, she was this young little thing that would come into the Raven, smoke cigarettes, and chat up the room. When her sister was kidnapped, though, something snapped in her, and she became more dedicated, more focused. It was her sister that carried her through so much of her life, and now that she is in a position to be the one to help her sister, she has seized on it with a vengeance.

There's something about that which appeals to me a great deal. When comfort was there, she was comfortable, but when strife came, she didn't crumble, she resolved to do something about it. Such determination has to be encouraged and supported.

Mynxx....Mynxx she watched as i was skined, and she hads my fur made into boots...all because of one comment i made about her sister back when i worshiped Innoruuk. She believes we are enemies...buts nothings coulds be further froms the truth...i ams trying to saves her froms the father...tryings to keep her froms becoming the monster i knows she will becomes, even though i ams a monster in my own rights, if i don't get through to her, her sister will lose hers to the pettiness of hatreds...and Mynxx wills haves to be destroyeds...hopefully she will see reasons before that times comes.

She's young, attractive, and full of potential. She seems very bright and straight-forward. I believe that when she is ready to emerge from the shadow of her mistress, she will impress all onlookers with her prowess and poise.

In all honesty, I never saw myself taking on a student, but Mynxx's raw honesty, her desire to better herself, all the parallels I see in my own experience before finding my Lieges' service... How could I say no? She's strong of spirit and of mind, and with the right training, with the right guidance, she could become a force to make Norrath tremble. I am humbled by the idea that I might be an aid in making that dream a reality, in helping her to become greater than she is.

I have read about knights that seem to live to only fight. I feel pity for her. Right in front of her eyes was a beautiful sunset. There would never be a sunset like the one of that night, but all she wanted to do was fight. I thought perhaps I might help quench her thirst for fight so she wouldn't miss out on the finer things..like living. So I runed myself and accepted her challenge. I didnt fight her but let her hit me, knowing my runes would protect me from damage. Personally I didnt want to add to her head trauma I suspect she already has an abundance of. My plan didn't work. She still was all about the fight.

A flame that flickers bright and strong the fastest is usually the first to die down. I hope she learns faster before her light is extinguished.

This one is new. New people come into my life, and this one has attached itself to my lover.

I'm not sure what to think of her yet. She acts like prey around me, like I should bite her or perhaps work her over a little just to tenderize the meat. I'm assured that Duvessa would not approve if I did any permanent damage. I should get to know her better, though. She is Mahamari's squire, and I will have to deal with that; perhaps she can even be entertaining.

Strangely, she arouses the one thing in me that no one else has managed in regards to Mahamari. Jealousy. I've warned my lover that if she dallies with her squire, I may have to break her.

The real question is, will this deter her, or spur her on...

I have met a girl this eve by the name of Mynxx, An Ayr'Dal who's eyes are yellow like the setting sun, she is quiet.. the word stunning springs to my mind. I have seen her around and spoken in short to her many a time but it was not till this night i saw her - i opened my eyes and saw her true, Falling for her like a tonne of bricks from the top of a roof top. We were in the training room she was serving, it was pleasant speaking with her and finally i got a challenge to a spar match it was with an Iksar fighter, something that filled me with dread and fear, i did not wish to appear weak and easily bested in front of this girl so i gave it my all and won. I beat him and i think the rest will go as history.. I will remember that kiss i shared with her until my dying days. I look forward to our next meeting... i do look forward.

She does Mahamari proud. She is everything that a young knight should be. I am proud that she finds The Ossuary as comfortable and continues to visit. I just need to convince her to see herself as important as Mahamari and I do. No matter what she says, she is not expendable.

when one is presented with the past they no nothing about it is hard for them to accept the idea of it.

It would see that my family extends father than I thought. Not to mention one that has the same defect as I, though one doesn't show it the other dose. I feel for them, yet I can not hate them for the mistake was our mother, not mine nor theirs. I hope that they may understand this at some time and allow me the privilege to get to know them and for them to get to know me.

To introduce them to yet anouther that has joined the family only recently, a young one, their nephew.

*blinks in surprise at the mention of the name, then grins* I don't know much about her, but she caught my eye. Not just a flashy look to her, I mean, but it seems like everytime I run into her, things seem to be different. For example, sometime times when I've spoken to her in the Raven, it was like we were talking to each other over a glass of ale. You know, friendly like. Another time, it was like we were having our conversation over a pair of crossed swords. Maybe I caught her at a bad time, beats me. Then a different time than those others, it seemed more like we were competing.

Couldn't tell you if she's fair or foul, but she isn't boring at the very least.

She has a long way to go before she will be ready to spar with me again. I learned a lot in a few passes with her the other night at the Training Room...most of which centered on the fact she is too easily overawed by others' reputations. Convinced she could not win, she surrendered the field to me before we exchanged the first few blows.

I pray that her hero-worship turns into something far more useful. I would be utterly lost without Erdrick, and I have confided in my squire -now more of an aide de camp than anything else- more times than I can count or remember. He has defied me to follow the higher purpose of his duty, and of course I cannot fault him in that defiance. My little sister needs someone like him. I hope Mynxx is up to the task.

If she is not, she will certainly choose to cease enduring rather than persevere.

She really needs to start paying for her drinks......

Mynx is staying with me for a while. I am worried about her. She is going through a crisis of faith, and I fear that she may be too far gone to bring back into the fold. Somehow I have to find a way to though. Being one of the fallen would mean that I would have to try and kill her at some point, and I would not want to have to do that. Regardless, what I would have in store for her would pale in comparison to what would await her when she met the Father and his daughters when she reached true death and I'd rather not send a friend off to an eternity of that.
