Oh! I don't know the little guy all that well but Telethis introduced me and is he a hoot! He makes you wanna just scoop him up and hug him to pieces. I resisted. Good thing I am not one of those touchy feely types, huh? -=she chuckles softly=-

Sir Nikatell is a fun mouse, but beyond his interests in books and literature, I don't know him much. I think he lives at Freeport, I rarely see him in Qeynos... He gave me a good impression and I hope that what lies behind the appearances is good also.

While walking the streets of Qeynos before going into Nettleville for a night a Psia's Hammer, she meets a friendly woman who recognizes her from her performance at Psia's. The two begin to chat, and Nikatell's name comes up. Mindeey blinks, then says...

"Nikky? the cute little fuzzball 'tonga? I like him."

With a huge smile on her face she states "Nik is the first 'tonga I ever officially met. He's such a sweetie. We may joke around with each other, but in the end, he's one of the bests friends I got out there. Always willing to listen with his cute fuzzy ears about the troubles I get into. Then giving me some of the best advice out there to fix 'em. He's a bard too, ya know... and though it's strange to hear his Ratonga voice sing, he does some of the best stage acts I have ever seen. Nikky's the best, and I'm proud to say that he's my friend."

Hah! There aren't words that can describe this little fellow! He has a golden yet warm heart, but saying that doesn't suffice!
He is one of the very few ratongas who have gained my trust and my friendship. And he did this not in a long term siege, but in a storming rampage!"
Zerzal laughs, chuckling and shaking her head.
"Whenever he needs me, I will be there. I shall defend his life anytime! I am proud to call the reverend my friend!"

In this life, it is always best to have many and varied contacts in order to have the most options when one needs them. I am personally aware of two who tend to walk more in the proverbial light than the darkness.

Ironic then that one of these two happens to be a ratonga working one of the premiere clubs in Neriak. Nikatell is someone I enjoy seeing in just about any setting one can conceive of. I understand he is a priest and a healer, he is social, affable, charming and altogether a delight to know.

He is not quite aware that I have seen him in several situations where neither one of us were... how to put it... putting our best face forward. *Her lips curve in a secretive sort of smile as her eyes half close* He is always with the same lady or two and one cannot hide that particular style of charm. Be that as it may, I will go to my grave before betraying him and his. There is no profit high enough to sway me on this point, as the professional respect I sense between us is far more valuable and precious and a possibility of friendship too enticing to dismiss.

I wish I knew him better, his is a spirit that could warm any soul within talking distance. His lady seems always pleased in his presence as well, and considering his penchant for ... exotic dances and the entertainment he provides at the Fancy, this would lead me to believe he understands the difference between work and life.

My sources tell me that the fungus issue that is keeping me out of Neriak for health issues is very nearly under control. When they've burned out the last of that horrid, choking mess I have a feeling I will become a regular at the Maiden's Fancy. I hope to grow to know Nikatell and his family on far better terms.

A friend, someone whom I trust and can trust completley. You know there are folk out there that you can count on, to help you weather the storm? Nik is one of those. Never been much into religous matters, I know he's a priest of some kind but that seems to be secondary to his fun loving and caring heart. Or maybe he is who he is because at the core its a part of him that gives to others. I know many see the public fun part, but there is so much depth to him. Him and his wife, I know I can turn to them, for sound advice and to get away for a bit. He keeps his home in the sands like I do. So he makes for a very good neighbor.

There is soo much I have to keep quiet about these days. But Nik, I can talk to. If I didn't have him to talk to, not sure what I would do.

Nikatell.. Nikatell.. He's someone I haven't spoken to in a long while, I helped him get out of the maidens fancy and into the world of adventuring, Which he seems to enjoy. We've grown distance, I haven't had much of the time to visit the Maiden's fancy anymore, I need to make time, He's been a good friend to me, Perhaps I should start returning the favor.

Nikatell is....nice. I guess, Let me work at the fancy, Very kind and lets Us have free drinks. Infact i don't think he's ever insulted me or anyone once, i mean he's gotten angry but never called anyone a slur or anything! What i worry about is while that makes him friends, it may put him in a bad position if He were in between a rock and a hard place. Sometimes malice is needed and i don't think he could deliver if pressed.


....Also i don't understand why he chooses to dance on thursdays but DAMMIT if he wants to he will and...i won't watch but i'll shiv anyone who protests!

I believe the first time I met Nikatell was when he was hosting dance lessons in his home in Kelethin.

He strikes me as a natural entertainer. Not only does he enjoy entertaining people, but he also enjoys sharing his knowledge on how to entertain. A genuinely friendly and nice person, I like him.

I did not expect to discover that he works in a Nerian burlesque. Strange. But then, I'm told he's not the only member of the staff in the Maiden's Fancy who needs to avoid the Dread Guard. Perhaps there's more to that establishment than appearnaces would indicate.

I think I can consider Nikatell a friend. Not a 'close' friend by any means, yet, but a friend. I've only met him a handful of times within Norrath and the Maiden's Fancy. I admit that the facility itself is very appealing; not neccessarily the venue and performances, but the actual aesthetics of it are breath taking. He runs a fine joint, and the wine there is always good. And I can respect that; if the wine is bad then obviously you don't care about your customer.

A mask of awkward emotion covers Cythen's face as his thoughts trail.

Oh, I did see one of his performances the other night. It was very ... well rehearsed. He puts a lot of heart and soul in to his family, venue and day-to-day living. As far as Ratonga go, I can trust this one.

Eh....is so-sos on hims, On one hand he is families and willing to helps those he is close to, very nices to mees even though i tried to hit him because i was upset once.

But on other hands, i'm still angries at him, and....he didn't tell mees what kind of 'dance' he does on stage, and i saw...things, horrible things with tiny thongs! Could have at least warned mees was filthy manwhore beforehand!

Nikatell is a good friend. It's sad we've spent so long apart, We finally got to catch up some at the Maiden's fancy late last night. I've forgotten how nice it is to drink with a old friend. Although I was sadden to hear again of his past relationships, Never his fault it seems, They tend to move on without him. Shame, He really deserves better than what he gets.

**The little tonga looks thoughtful for a moment before a large smile warms her face** He's pretty nice, kindsa free with his touchings but, I think that is okies. I think he owns the place or somethings. They says he dances too but I can't bring myselfs to watch. He is pretties though and very nice to mes. Yis, I thinks this is a nice mans.

Hmm... Nikatell. He has always seemed **pauses** larger then life. Until last night. I think he did save my life.

There is so much more to this ratonga then could ever meet the eye and though I admit I am curious to learn more, first and formost, I am honored to call him friend.

"Ah Nikatell, you say? Yes, I know the little 'Tonga. He was my student once, and I was teaching him the Mysteries of the Inquisition." *His brow creases slightly and he frowns a bit* "Though he has strayed from the path, he is still a ... decent person. I call him friend, and once Student, and perhaps after dallying with the Kelethenians he will find his way back to the right side. But that is not my choice to make - the winds will blow him where they may, and I can only hope that the ocean is not stormy for him."

*He chuckles softly* "Aye, Nik ... It is always good to see you. Stay safe."
