Pyxie
Full Name: Pyxie Nicknames: Pyxie the Fox, Pyxie the Jade Tiger, Pyxee Biographical:Level: 80 Class: Swashbuckler/Warden RP Power: Powerfull
Race: From Qeynos to Freeport and then back again but you have to cut through Kelethin somewhere at least once. Don't forget to tag the base and if you go out of bounds...don't get caught! I guess I should put down Feir'Dal. Gender: Female Date of Birth: Don't know! Wasn't before the shatterin', I am pretty sure. Age: Also don't know. Y'all can count the rings once I'm done and gone gone! Apparent age is teens, but she's most definitely older than that. Hair: Red! Skin: Tan's naturally, weee...I got a dark shroud that looks like a raccoon's across my eyes and face. Eyes: Sky blue with a touch o' mischief...and that's spring sky blue, not summer, winter, or autumn...there's a big difference! Height: 4'9" Weight: 102lbs, but am strong like bull! Hee hee.
Place of Residence: Wherever my bedroll is...but I have a big ol' mansion where I keep my stuff. It's a fixer-upper kinda place and it's overcrowded with junk. Most times I'm sleeping over at Ms Duvessa's office or Miss Erithe and her's house if ya need me. Place of Birth: Not sure where I was born, first memory was o' an island in the middle o' nowhere.
Relatives: None really...Grandpa is the closest, but he wasn't really related since he was human..and now dead I'm sure. Never really bothered me much and I don't really feel like I'm missing out on anything. Cept birthday gifts, hee. Oh yeah...I met somebody named Whispyre...She looks a lot like me...a LOT like me...but while we share looks I don't think we're related except by coincidence. Yeah, I know that doesn't make sense, but it's as true way I can put it as the next. Enemies: The god o' Frustrated Revenge...his name's Max and if you see a wee tailless mouse coming at ya with an evil look in his eyes, don't let him get a drop on you. Mister Shintou counts, I suppose. He's told me how much he hates and I don't think he's one to lie. If you've read this far, Mister Shintou...HI! Allies: Duvessa, Mahamari, Erithe
Occupation: Swashbuckler, Greeter at the Raven, Trouble Maker. Sometimes super-mystical Warden also. Crafting: Chemistry and Tinkering...they come naturally to me for some reason though I lack the patience to be really great at chemistry.
Appearance: I'm a feir'dal, am told pretty cute, and somewhat lithe. Got red hair and sky blue eyes. Nothin' really outstanding but for the raccoon like shroud across my eyes. Ain't big boobed, but with runner's legs I am told I cut a decent figure.
Fashion of Choice: Armor of Choice: Weapons of Choice: Surprise, confusion, and chaos...when I'm really desperate...wit.
Special Abilities: I know thousands o' ancient teir'dal proverbs. Also have an endless supply o' useless trivia, but I never know what I'm saying when I say it...long story...I got a thousand plus little quasi deities living in a democratic bureaucracy in a weird consistent-memory of New Tanaan in my head...but apparently there's room enough for them all, and that's even a longer story... Somewhere in between all that I'm not much of a special anything. Oh yeah...any book I eat I memorize and can reproduce perfectly afterwards. That's a long weird story but all these are somehow related.
Personality:Alignment: Motivations: Disposition: Outlook:
Religion/Philosophy: Well this is a big one. Philosophy wise, I believe that there's one big joke...and a whole bunch of little ones...and you're either laughing with it all or being laughed at. Religious wise it's a touch more complicated. I have sorta become a walking repository for a mish-mash pantheon of quasi-deities and godlings. Seems there's a lot o' energy in the world and it has a tendency to manifest in odd ways, some of them divine. Mostly the big guys and gals (you know them..Marr, Innie, Tunnare etc) snatch up this energy whenever they notice it. But there's some that gets away and "lives" long enough to develop a quasi state o' existence. I once gave a speech that the little gods stick with us while the big ones left...and now I'm a magnet for the little critters. So if you find yourself wanting to pray to the god o' flightless birds, or the god of frustrated revenge, or the goddess of overeating...come see me and we'll arrange a meetin'. They don't take up much of my time or space...they're just glad to have a safe place to hide from the big gods... but on occasion they let me pretend to be a healer also.I hold special place in my heart for Lasyanda, goddess o' lost sailors, and Bristlebane, god o' pranks and rogues. Yeah, I know the last one is a "big god"...but..he gets the joke and the little ones just make him laugh the more. Gotta love a god that laughs with ya rather than smites.
Sexuality: Bisexual
Positive Personality Traits: I like people. I like making people happy. Even the evil ones. Sometimes specially the evil ones...cause they need the happy the most. Negative Personality Traits: I like people...but wanting to make 'em laugh means I have to give up getting 'em to respect me. Their loss. Misc. Quirks: I can't burp...don't seem to need to at least in that my stomach's never exploded but it's irksome...I smell like apples, which ain't too bad a thing... and I have a tendency to repeat words at random. Not sure why why, but if I think about it I do it more.
Affiliations:Guild: Belong to Restoration. Theyr'e good folks. They let me be me, and are kind enough even when I tend ta be a loner or walk on the "wrong side" o' the continent. Guild Rank: Just a squire. Faction: Faction: Faction: Faction:
Interests:Likes: The world is filled with a lot o' great things. You gotta try everything at least once. I've been know to try everything at least three times and twice again on odd months. Dislikes: I'd list them here...but if I did, what would I give Mister Shintou for Frostfell? No no, sorry. Y'all will have to guess these otherwise.
Favorite Foods: Pistachios. What's not to like about Pistachios? Food is meant to be explored and savored! Just glad I live an active life so I can indulge, hee. Favorite Drinks: Anything that has an umbrella in it. Ale! Wine! Favorite Colors: Sky colors..from dawn to sunset, midnight to noon. Anything you find up there is fair game.
Hobbies: Tinkering. Drawing. Exploring...and that's exploring the boundaries of geography, common sense, and good taste.
Details:Played by What Famous Person: Alyson Hannigan (aka Willow of Buffy)
Theme Songs: The Doors - When You're Strange
History: Yeesh...how much room do I have? Folks don't believe it when they hear it, but there's a lot more to this feir'dal then fun-in-the-sun-and-sack... Raised by a human who I called "Grandpa" and never knew his real name. We lived on an island in the middle o' the ocean and while he fished I read all the books I can in the library that was under said island. One day he realized he was getting old and was gonna die so he dropped me off at the isle o' exile. I met the goddess o' rescue there and have kept the faith going. Met the little gods after saying out loud I think they needed worship also... who'd a thought they'd take me up on the deal? I just lucked into Bristlebane and that he encouraged me and my odd little pantheon. There's oddness about me I don't right understand. I think that I'm not really a full feir'dal... Sometimes I do stuff and am compelled to do things I don't want to do for no reason I can explain. There's a lot more room in my head then I'm usin

A curious individual from what I have see yet I have not had much direct interaction with her yet. One thing is certian, she is on my list of people who can keep things interesting unless restrained.

This Feir is most assuredly mad, but I can naut dispute that she is a most efficient killer. Accordingly, I have overlooked her maniacal ramblings and incessant chatter on the occasions when we have hunted. It is also the reason she is welcome to hunt with Us in the future...why put one of my own in the point position when I can sacrifice her instead? It is an elementary military tactic...

Much of what I would say about Pyxie cannot leave the confines of my own mind. She is where she needs to be, she is what she needs to be. And she is sheltered, in many ways. She lives in a world that can only exist with others around her to shape and mold reality and circumstance before it can reach her, and yet she is such a creature as one has an almost insatiable desire to do just that.

Pyxie is bright, and energetic, and silly, fun to be around, eccentric almost to an extreme, ready with a happy smile and a cheerful disposition. And it's all a lie. Not so much a lie to me, or to other people, but a lie to herself. Pyxie is more serious than she lets on, more devoted to certain things than she cares to show. She's afraid to be herself, to truly be herself, in open view, and so she adopts this persona.
It's also all true. Pyxie is what she appears to be, she is a happy and care-free person, but never to the silly extreme that she shows the crowd. That extreem is her mask, in the same way that acting all msyterious or agressive might be someone else's mask.
I do not find fault in this. Pyxie knows who she is, under the surface mask. So, yes, maybe now and again, she lies to herself about herself, to be what she thinks people need her to be in public, but not far under the surface, Pyxie knows exactly what she is doing. Like anyone else, she does what fits her persoanlity, and I give her credit for at least seeing through to the truth of that.

She reminds me of a friend, now gone. So whenever I see her, I smile and remember him. I'm tempted to give her a book I found, one that belonged to an old friend of mine, but I'm afraid Duvessa and Jephissa will murder me if I do so. Ah well.
I'd never had the pleasure of seeing anyone evaporate from chocolate consumption until I met her.

I like her a lot! SHe's really funny and always has something interesting to say ... even though I'm not sure she's quite aware she's saying half the things she talks about. I'd like to hang out with her more.

Pyxie is mysterious in her ways, and while I think most people almost see her as a sort of child amongst the tavern I have seen brief glimpses of her being something different from that. She's bright and happy, or course, but that doesn't mean she is a small child totally unaware of anything in the world.
She's a mystery to be sure, and part of me wants to know who she is ASIDE from the bubbly little elf. I wonder if she figured out my puzzle box yet...
Everytime I see Pyxie I have to smile, and I've never had a negative thought about her. Afterall, she has given me my first frostfell present, and always has a smile of her own on her face. What's not to like about her>

Now, this one is someone I could definitely enjoy hangin' out with. Silly, fun, and not afraid to laugh at herself or play the jester for those around her. My time in the inn was comfortable and fun while I had her for company.

Pyxie is adorable, like an accessory that you favor, or an idolized pet one might acquire. While I find her the epitome of cute, I don't once think she is as innocent and harmless as she looks. Those Duvessa tends to find dear usually have a unique trait about them that seem to pop out at you at the most unpredicted times.
If anything, she is a good and loyal patron of the Soulfire. I hope things remain that way.

Her exhuberance is quite refreshing. I do think I like her. We should all be so blessed as to be able to wear a smile ourselves and put a smile on other people's faces.

I like Pyxie. Who knows why.
Something about selling pillows to tie to one's butt, and calling it something like \"Earthquake preparation kit\". Very entertaining.

Though I have not spent a great deal of time getting to know Pyxie myself, I have not failed to notice her exhuberance and playfulness. I often find myself laughing at her antics, and extremely intrigued by her. One thing I know for certain: Anytime Pyxie is near, I will be smiling.

Once did I hunt with this Feir'Dal, and I daresay that once is more than any Knight should be asked to endure. She is well-skilled with a blade...that much is true. Yet, I must wonder if her abilities are outweighed by her complete inability to keep closed her wretched Feir mouth with which she prattled incessantly. If the Father has a use for her, I suppose I shall endure her presence again, but it will be a difficult penance, to be sure.

Pyxie
Pyxie is a remarkable person. She manages to make herself accepted, even liked, in nearly any company. She is unconcerned with what others think of her, for the most part, and yet is almost universally liked. She has the outward appearance of silliness, but she is in fact very intelligent and resourceful, able to survive and thrive in circumstances that would throw most people. The few who don't like her are always self-centered fools who get upset when she doesn't worship them as they feel they should be worshiped. Pyxie is child-like, in that she doesn't much care about adult masks, and sees through them easily.
I find her very attractive, although a close relationship with her is out of the question. We would be a bad match in so many ways. I hope she counts me as a friend, though. She has offered to introduce me to a dragon she knows. And she has offered to marry Danzryil and I aboard her boat. Who else would do such things?
I daresay that if you were to wait ten years, and then ask a number of Raven Mythic patrons to name someone they still remember from the place, most of them would name Pyxie. She doesn't seem important. But in fact, she is one of the more important people who frequent the place. I am very glad to have met her.

I'm at odds with the innate hesitancy I adhere to when it comes to any of the pale races that disgrace Norrath's world when it comes to this one particular woman. I daresay I enjoy this woman's company, wit, and humor. She is a natural hostess.
What would Christanos think of me? Perhaps it's best something she never learns of.

Simply delightful, and very resourceful. She makes me smile just watching her. My parents would adopt her in a heartbeat. I wonder if she'd like to learn to juggle.

Pyxie is fascinating. There is something about her that suggests to me that it is a complex game she is playing and I wonder whether her brass-ring exterior does not hide something much more valuable. I also feel the need to keep an eye on my valuables and I know for a fact that I will not play Three Card Monte or Find the Lady with her for love or money. Not that she will intentionally cheat, mind you...just that she will forget not to.She is always an interesting presence in the Soulfire, whether as a patron or gracing our stage with her wit.

Damn, she makes me laugh, though I am inevitably left with the uneasy quandry of who is really on the butt end of the joke. Regardless, anyone who can so easily take the upper hand in a battle of wits with all manner of the Raven's patrons holds my grudging respect.

What to say about Pyxie Styx.. The sister Ill never have? Fellow random freek of nature? Collaborator in the Tease Shintou Club?We can both see the joke, and she taught me to laugh again at it, and add the silly back into my life that I once had. Someone once tried to explain myself to a friend, and they gave up saying "She's just Eme, you'll just have to meet her." Thats Pyxie.Oh, and she has a butt that just wont quit!

Pyxie. I must admit when I first met her I was overcome with jealousy. How could someone that is not a bard have so much charisma? I felt an urge to battle for my audience. But over time, her charisma charmed my jealous little heart.I must respect her, she is one of Bristlebane's chosen. I do not know if she realizes this, but perhaps things are better for the mystery. Not only is her charisma more powerful than that of a coercer with a child, but her luck....oh her luck.I have pranked her and pranked her over and over, and somehow things always are deflected by her luck and redirected to someone else...usually poor Garridan. He's a good sport though. I should take her to the Gigglegibber casino some time.

Miss Pyxie...She is like the older sister I always wanted. *pauses* And sometimes didn't want. *grin* I never know if her advice is going to lead me to fame or a good old fashion pants'ing. She always says she can take me 9 outta 10 falls, I got my one win in for the year so I better stop while i'm ahead. Pyxie has opened doors for me that probably never would have been opened without her. I owe her more than I will ever be able to pay back.
