Appearance: A small boned high elf with a pretty face, bright gold eyes and long, silvery hair that flies every which way when she gets excited (magic & neat hair don't mix). She's very pale, but there is a certain golden cast to her skin which is noticeable in all her family members as well. Time has taught her a great deal of control over her facial expressions, but when unguarded, her expressive eyes tend to give her away. Her eyes, when she is casting, gleam and glow bright gold and sometimes red when the battle is intense or she is angry. She has been known to seemingly catch afire from time to time.

Fashion of Choice: Despises robes. Loves to wear black, gold, red, or purple. Is often seen in silks and velvets ... anything soft to touch. On expeditions, wears practical gear that can get dirty, but allows for freedom of motion.

I look at this wizard, so remiscent of myself in her age, and power, and her past skills, and the see the way the death of teleportation has diminished both our lives. I look between us, and remember an old poem, wondering who is whome.

Which are you Erithe? An idle king, doling unequal laws unto a savage race, that hoard, and sleep, and feed, and know not you, or a gray spirit, yearning in desire, to follow knowledge like a sinking star?

It is strange, sometimes, the echoes that we see among one another, despite all differences. I have never been one to rest easy on past deeds ... not when memory fades and there is little to keep me home.

"We are not now that strength which in old days

There are secrets yet I have not seen and dragons I have not yet met.
So, perhaps the gray spirit ... Or perhaps brighter than that.

THis wandering wizard is a mystery to me. She seems happy, and occasionally says things that stop me dead in my tracks. Yet there is also a deep sadness within that sometimes will pass, albeit briefly, across the surface.

I look forward to learning more about this woman, and the past that has caused her both great joy and great sadness.

I haven't really had an in-depth conversation with Erithe, but my meetings with her were pleasant and I've nothing to say against her. She's is senstive about her past, but sociable and charming. I can only hope that she is sincere about helping to figure out what is going on with Naode as I would like to work with her on such things. She seems intelligent, and someone I wish to make a friend.

With any luck I'll be seeing her around more often.

Urdis knows this...Koadda. Gods, what a strange age this is that I actually find myself hunting with one! At least three times have I met her now, and yet for the life of me I cannot recall who she is from one time to the next. Koadda...they all look the same to me. As much as I am loathe to admit it, her company is pleasant enough and she is a capable wizard. I will continue to use her so long as there is a chance - however slim - that I can twist her to the Father's will. At least she is not a halfling.

I am glad that I no longer wholley avoid the pale races. She's an apt hunting partner and provides for much witty banter which I am thankful for on the hunt. There was a time when I'd advocate her death simply for being alive. Now, We converse almost cordially. How times have changed.

The entry on Erithe is written with the flourish and style of perfect calligraphy into her notes about the Bloodthorn. There is is listed among the other names associated under the larger heading of "Bloodthorn: Obsidian Order".A powerful and impassioned wizard, I have often seen her on the company of the innkeeper's arm, and had occasion to speak to her many times now. Under the surface of her exterior lay several layers of meaning for one to explore. She is proof and evidence that one should not judge a person by their race. She is very dangerous. Time spent with her can be so insidiously pleasant as to divert one from darker thoughts. She can rule with the iron hand of a mistress, without a dark thought, a hateful word, aggression, or dominance. Erithe invites people to like her, and be liked in return, and in turn, can rule them in that way. Many would die for her.Now that... that is power.

I always enjoy meeting someone who is powerful, clever, and amoral. One to keep an eye on.

Over time, Erithe has become my lover, my love, one of the two most cherished people in my existance. Her time and company mean the world to me, and there is little I would not do for her. She remains sometimes still a mystery to me. That she would join the Bloodthorn with me, that she remains, some of the terrible things I do and want that she indulges me in, or even joins in, sometimes baffle me. I look at her, look at how she acts, and I make no sense of it, I cannot fit the pieces of her together and see the whole. And time, sometimes, it comes to me in a simple moment of clairty, who she is, what she does, how and why, and what motivates her morals, her passions. She is a dragon in the body of an elf. In spirit if not in reality, this is what she is, and this explains everything.

I hear she has found her way into Bloodthorn's halls. I always had high hopes for this pale elf...that she would see her way clear to abandon the light and use her considerable powers for more lofty pursuits. I am pleased she is now on the right path.

Polite, charming, sophisticated. Dangerous.I dare not underestimate this Koada'dal. There is always a pool of quiet around her, as if time itself is hushed and wary of disturbing her. She has never given me cause for alarm, but I know how important she is to Duvessa - it is evident in the way they interact - and any who can catch and hold that woman's attention is someone worthy of one's respect.I am always grateful that she is pleased with the Soulfire in general, for I have the impression that she could quite handily burn it to ash if she were not content.

Most of what I know of Erithe is through the eyes of her closest friends and lovers, my own personal experiences have really not been enough. I do wonder if fortune will every allow me to know her well. She has brought Duvessa more happiness and contentment than I could ever dreamed of, in fact provided; for that she has my eternal gratitude. How can I be jealous of this woman, it would like cursing the sun for being warm.I've been told she is like a dragon, ready to uncoil, a great growing power, and I can believe that, perhaps I might even see it with my own eyes one day. But for now, I can say, nevermore.

While donning a beautiful face and quick wit, there is something very discomforting about this particular female. It's not a discomfort in the practical sense, only in the sense that one would recognize out of a Master. She knows universal things I would never even begin to understand, and I am slightly in awe of that when I see it. She is clearly more than she seems to be, as I consider Duvessa a finder of secrets and great things, and when I see the depth of emotion the two have for one another I can't help but wonder what I am not sensing.It's rare to see real love in my day, the kind poets sing and dance about. I can see it between these two. Unlike most love, theirs is as pure and strong as love can theoretically be and I admire that about them. Since I admire Duvessa so well, I cannot help but love and admire Erithe as well. To be able to stand beside Duvessa and not be swallowed whole by the sheer appetite for life the woman has speaks immeasurable volumes for the person Erithe must be.

Spent m'self juuuuust enough time with Erithe ta realize that while Duvessa's tha evil one of the bunch of them, Erithe is the one who will go batshit kill-the-world insane if she ever goes ta tha dark side. Woman's got some slink on 'er, and she's way outta my league. But, was a nice friend while were were guildmates. Little aloof, little high elfy, but, she's been good people.

I like Miss Erithe, she was pretty quiet on the few times I was around her but is someone I would like to just sit and talk to. Very few women make me want to do that, I just get bored and want to go do anything else, but not with her.I think I am a pretty good read of people and she definately has more to her than she lets on. Maybe someday I will get the chance to have a few minutes when she isn't tied up with things.

She is the Wise One the one who saw me as a person and took me in. I remember the day that I saw her with Lady Vrace and they figured out what I was. She taught me to paint pictures in my mind, holds me when I cry and loves me like her daughter. She held my hand when the bad news came and told me that she had filed the papers to make me a daughter of her House. She's really my Mother now, and even had a small room designed for me in her Home. I love it, it's palatial and amazing and wonderful, just like her. When the dreams are too bad, I can goto her and she'll snuggle me in her bed and hold me and remind me that it's ok to be scared. I know that with Revenent and her and Mahamari and Duvessa I have a family. One better than any that I could have. I like belonging, and I like these warm feelings I have for them deep inside. It took me till tonight for me to realize that Wise One didn't want anything from me but these warm feelings. I don't have words to express how much she means to me. But I think she knows.

Beautiful, intelligent, elusive. And yet, peculiarly attentive to a nonentity such as myself. If I had a horse like hers, I would not be waiting for any lowly pedestrian; I would shout directions over my shoulder and consider that anyone not bright enough to follow them was not worthy to enter my house. There was a great deal about last night which baffled me, but the kindness of this somewhat infamous stranger certainly tops the list.

This one smiled at me at the club they call the Soulfire. Why did she smile at me? Do I know this one? It does not cogitate...

The Lady.

What can I say about her? She has always been welcoming to me since Kress first arranged for me to come to a Sigils meeting. She has been interested in my pursuits and my needs.

I have fought beside her once and her power is awesome. And then I have seen her overpowered by numbers and injured when a group of us rescued her from the attack of the Lion guild. Always she has been gracious and concerned about others.

I cannot hope to be her friend. But I can serve the guild and her, perhaps best by embodying my sigil and honoring our goals.

Ain't many real ladies out there. Whole lot a'women they play at it, pretendin like kids with fuckin sticks fer pirate swords, while goin' down on anyone with a beatin heart or doin stupid shit expectin t'be bailed out.

But the bosslady, she different. Now, I ain't know her real good, ladies got reason not to talk t'fuckers like me, yeah? But I seen her work, I seen the way she keep peace in all us folk with these rings. She don't pay us off, she don't use her wiles n' shit, she just is and people do. That shit is rare.

The line between what I like and what I loath in the Koada'dal is a fine one, but Erithe is well on the side of what is admirable about them. Logic, reason, temperance, experience, wisdom, judgment, eloquence...add all that to her grace and class and beauty and you have a shining example of what a people should be. Add to all -that- the power to destroy nearly whatever she wishes in a glorious conflagration and you have someone both interesting and awe-inspiring.

It makes me glow like some farmgirl-turned-princess to know that such a woman likes me...and if I were being totally truthful? If I had to be anyone but myself, she's the only person I could be that wouldn't be disappointing.

Hmm. She's an elf. A pasty, pale elf which makes her marginally better than her filthy brethren. She's erudite, and learned. She leads a group of people tasked with gathering power and knowledge. I wonder, will she know what to do with it once it's gathered?

She's reasonable. Surprisingly so. And showed her excellent sense by hiring that clever human to work for her. Sure. Her tolerance for filth is questionable, but she's not easily irritated. She doesn't rise to the bait.

I hate that - in a completely amicable way.

Interesting. Very interesting.

Erithe and I are much alike. Common interests, common goals, common thoughts. I hope she's someone I can let close, but as with all other mages there must be that wall. I can feel a budding trust between us but will she nurture it like all of her other plants or will the soil of my barren soul prove too inadequate. Can Autumn woods take root in sand? Erithe is respected and loved, it's not hard to see. A strong woman, a smart woman, a devoted woman.

It's hard to really know what to say about Erithe. She's the boss now, I suppose that's one thing. I've seen her laughing and sharing a drink with the rest of us and I've seen her made of fire and rage. You can tell a lot about a person by the company that they keep, so it speaks volumes for the sort of folk she's got at her back and under her wing. You can tell even more by the way someone treats the people under them. So, she's a class act alright.
