History: Fennil found out very quickly that she was not alone in her body. When she was young she matured a great deal faster than the other Fae (mature being a rough terminology, especially for a Fae), as Arandil taught her. Fennil quickly came to love the forest and the things in it around her, and took to learning the ways of the Warden, following Arandils' guidance. Arandil was a high druid during the battles with the Crushbone orcs, and was quite powerful. In those times, the cheerful, playful nature of the Fae was nonexistent as everyday was a fight to keep Kelethin and the Greater Faydark safe. She fought in many battles, unleashing the powerful forces of nature upon the orcs, until finally the orcs besieged Kelethin. Arandil fought hard through the siege, and as word spread that the brownie troops had come to help break the siege, the platform she was defending caught fire from one of the orc shamans. She tried to hold the fire at bay, but the magical flames were too great and the tree quickly caught fire. Arandil stayed to hold back the flames as the platform burned, and before she could escape herself, the trunk cracked, and the whole platform plummeted to the ground, taking her with it. Now, the spirit of Arandil, inhabits Fennil, and so great was she that she retained her consciousness, while Fennil has her own, creating two personalities. Arandil does not fight to control the body however, like many other such possetions do, she helps Fennil, and guides her, sometimes lending her knowledge to her. Sometimes Arandil takes over if in dire situations, or if she is needed to provide key information about something. When this happens, Fennil becomes very different. She becomes cool, indifferent, and serious, methodical in her ways, and unrelenting. Arandil is not a Fae that is given into pranks, and playfulness, she was a destroyer, and acts as it. Fennil has always seen Arandil as a mother, and does love her. She listens to her, and they sometimes talk. The talking usually takes place in her dreams though, as the times shes talked to her while awake, people looked at her as if she was crazy. In Fennils Rites of Passage, Arandil helped a great deal. She knew she didnt need to be awakened, she had been awake since the birth of Fennil, but Arandil is strong with maintaining traditions, and she was curious about what had happened since her death. It was Arandils idea to join the Fellowship of the Dragon, seeing the power and potential in the guild and its leaders. She remaind with them for a long time, until it seemed the Fellowship was disolving away into the annals of history. This period is a time of great change for her. She was pregnant with her husband and hers child, and Arandil had seemed to have left her. Her husband disappeared shortly before she left the Fellowship, and she went on to plant the seed. She went on to join the Sojourners as Kaliera came into the world. She kept the child home, under the care of other fae until she was strong enough and understood enough to come out to visit the world. Now, Fennil focuses most of her time in careing for Kaliera until she can manage her own self.

Fennil's a delightful guest, an enjoyable member of the Fellowship, and a good patron. I don't know her all that well, but she's close to an ideal balance of personality in a Fae from what I have seen so far, if a little bit on the bouncy side of things.

Fennil is also an excellent healer, I've gone into combat with her several times, relying on the small fae to keep me alive through fire and blade, and she has always served well. Sometimes a bit impatient, and when agitated, prone to a bit of a mood swing now and again, she nevertheless does her job stalwartly well.

Fennil is an interesting little thing, as most of the fae are. Fascinating with their energy and zest for life. She is always happy in my experience and brings a smile to my face easily. She has offered some suggestions on dealing with my condition, whatever it is, or at least diagnosing it.

FenFen is the most lovable and awesomely adorable creature ever to exist anywhere ever.

Everyone loves FenFen.

Anyone who doesn't is seriously deranged.

Oh! and beware the FaeHamma!

That is all.

Disgustingly loyal to her patron Goddess Tunare, this small annoyingly attractive image of a Fae woman is a begrudingly good cook and bar tender. (Her only redeeming quality, let me assure you!)

While I nearly scald my tongue on my tea listening to her chitter happily about her Goddess, I do what is best in an inn where I am not well known with the staff: do not say anything unwise to someone who handles your food.

Fennil is a delight to be around. That may sound strange for me to think about a Fae, but I have rarely met someone I trust in battle that can make me giggle at the same time. Fennil can do that. She's a warden of great skill. I may not know much about her beliefs, but having fought beside her I trust her skill. I don't really understand the differences between Fae and Arasai yet, but between Fennil and Tyta..I think I see very much some of the same qualities in each. I guess by watching them I can see the differences too. Nice things about Fennil, she can take a joke as well as she plays one, which is good in my thoughts.
