This lawyer that the Bloodthorn employs is one of my favorite people in all of Freeport. Charming, witty, and brilliant, my fondness for her is undiminished by the quiet contempt with which she views me and mine.

Well, Tenebrae is a relative of Aeluminadria, as her proper use of my old lover's magical glasses proves. I do not think she is a daughter, or grandaughter, though, but from somewhere else on the family line.

I once told Tenebrae the story of an alternate reality, one in which she was in a high position, with Tehom as his lover, and so on. A world in which she had the power she always wanted, and all that came with it. She told me that between this world, and the other, she would have picked this world. When I asked her why, she said it was because in this world she knows me, she is with me, and in the other she was not.

I think that conveyed to me all that she could not directly bring herself to admit about her feelings towards me. I couldn't help but feel the same.
