This made me think about how artists and those of us who love art (and aren't we all artists in our own ways?) have to learn to listen to the world around us, to see it more clearly, and to give that again to someone else in our own way. At first, it is very hard to do it, but eventually we learn the necessary skills and we can create such glimmering little bits of dust and pigment, sound and scent, and can pass it along to someone else.
Sometimes, we're lucky enough to find someone else paying attention and giving us that energy we need to see with crystal clarity that beauty in the world that we had missed before we met them.
Always watch and be ready to catch those people who cannot see or hear and always be ready to listen when someone who can finds you.
Help for the novice and expert alike.
