The Spectre Cartel will open a venue depending on need or request. These would be most often on a Wednesday night around 9 pm CST. This will be done in cooperation with the Black Orchid.

A Rough and Tumble Bar, fit for fighting and drinking.

The Tombstone, Ten Tangle Portal, Freeport under Lythil
A tavern for those who seek to ride the War Boar or enjoy a good fight.

The Starflower, Snowy Dwelling, Freeport under Lythil
An upscale establishment offering Fine Drinking, Wedding Services and a Stage. As with any Cartel establishment, a fighting ring is available.
